I just had to make time to write you and thank you ever so much for the wonderful summer you gave my grandson Jesse Pimentel. Jesse was up everyday before he had to and was ready to go to camp. He was up and ready for his day before I was ready to go to work. He spoke all about his new friends he made. Jesse was so excited about his trips. He would check the web site Sunday evening’s to see what the week would bring. The Yankee game, the Statue of Liberty, Midieval Times etc. (You showed him so much) He loved his roller skating days. You introduced him to a new activity which he loves. He never at any time got in the car and said he was bored with the day. Jesse always had a story to tell on our way home that evening. When I picked him up the last day he was so upset that camp was over. He always talked about his day whether it was a short story or long he always shared his day. The last day was an emotional one for him. He was very quiet when he got in the car and when he turned from the car window he had tears streaming down his face.
You made a child happy and forget his cares. He said over and over what a good summer he had. He appreciated every moment at the camp and the Counselors who worked with him. A huge thank you to them from our family. They did an amazing job.
So to you Keith and your staff a million thanks. All the best in the following year. We hope to see you if all is well next July.
