If you’re enthusiastic about camp, your child will pick up on it. The same is true if you aren’t enthusiastic. So get psyched, and your kid will be, too!
Some ways to get excited about your kid’s day camp is to talk about the friends they’re going to see, look at old camp pictures, watch videos of past camp activities and look at the current camp schedule to anticipate new fun. You can even have them teach you their favorite camp song! Remind your child of the fun they had last summer and how much they love camp!

Going to camp removes you from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Camp provides an atmosphere where kids can truly be kids. Children can truly unplug and enjoy face-to-face interaction.
